Feeling pretty good at 9 years out. The probiotics seem to have taken care of the slight pain in my right side. So that's good.
I still have gastro. issues whenever I take most new meds. and/or foods but they usually resolve themselves or I switch to something else (going through one now so it's on my mind
).
