even though I feel like I ate a ton - pretty sure I actually did! - it was a hard week. I had another job interview, had to decide what to do and gave notice at the job at the nursing home. I also went to look at a bunch of "rooms to rent" and that's stressful, too. so it totally makes sense I lost weight, right?

maybe I don't belong in the "staying on track" forum. I have been deliberately adding unhealthy food in an attempt to get in enough that I don't lose. I still eat real food, but add candy bars and ice cream, for example.

I don't know. the new job should be much lower stress but will also be more physical. I plan to eat means but also snack a lot.

Sounds like a busy week. Just do what you need to do. I don’t know how close to an 18.5 BMI you are but I worry about your vitamin levels.

Had spaghetti with zucchini noodles. The zoodles were OK , but I think the olive oil I used to saute them did not work. Toilet looked like the Exxon Valdez had paid a visit. Live and learn.
I suppose in another week or two I may have to go down to the 34 jeans. I think the 36s have only gotten 3-4 wearings each.
 
Good going. Don’t buy too many pair and keep the 36’s around for a few years til you settle in. Hubby got to a 30, but has settled in at 8 1/2 years out in 36’s.

I’ve had diarrhea more or less the last 2 weeks. Did lab work this past Thurs. I have fluctuated all over the 180s this last 2 weeks. I’m hoping things calm down this week.

I hope you calm down too. Not a good way to lose. Hope your labs are good.
 
I don’t know how close to an 18.5 BMI you are but I worry about your vitamin levels.

my BMI is still in the 20s, although I should check my height. that kind of depends on posture! I worry, too, but try not too. well, next week new/better job and onward from there.

Our last guest(my sis) leaves today. We’re on the way to the airport now, in a rainstorm! Niece and nephew left yesterday afternoon in a rental car. Memorial service went well, and rain held off for us and didn’t start until right after we finished. 32 people made up of neighbors, church family and family-family came. I was surprised and very touched, since most really didn’t know my brother. We’ve been eating lots of goodies. I made some of my brother’s favorite foods which his kids love as well and we ate in his honor. Friends from church brought ham, barbecue, buns, chips, and blueberry cheesecake as well. Lots of leftovers to eat.

I’m glad you made it thru the week. It was a hard week for you. And church family seems to always come thru for things like this.
