Sunday Weigh In (5/31/2020)

I did not move my bowels this morning. It’s now becoming a thing to occasionally skip morning movements and instead have 2 in the evening. Weird.

Last week 144.2

I ate pretty good this week and I even made sun tea on my balcony yesterday. I briefly saw 139.9 on the scale Thurs AM.

I've cleaned up my eating but my weight only goes up. I'm trying not to worry about it and instead just focusing on high pro and low carb eating and letting the scale do what the scale is going to do.
