GOOD for you!
We had the furnace running the last week until yesterday when we got to Ozark, MO and the low was 68. Turned the a/c back on cause no shade where we are staying and it gets hot in here in the sun.

Last week 114.2
This week 113

I found my brother on floor wedged between bed and wall unable to get up Wednesday morn. Finally got him to Er and was transferred to a bigger hosp for more tests. He did have a stroke, and has had several from the mri. We moved him back to smaller closer hosp yesterday to begin some inpatient rehab. So the fun begins!

I am so sorry. Remember to take care of yourself in the meantime so you can be there for him.

A busy week here, as usual. Been keeping up with my walking - hiked to a monastery (and their brewery) yesterday, doing 15km (just shy of 10 miles) in total. And at the top, had a beer, pork belly and sauerkraut to celebrate! It reminded me how much I do enjoy hiking, especially in a place where no creatures are likely to kill me and in weather that is neither too hot nor too cold.

I also went to Oktoberfest and had far too much beer (2 beers is a lot when they're 1L each, even if one is a Radler) - enough to feel quite seedy the next day. Here's me in a borrowed dirndl in the Augustiner tent (before I moved to the much less sedate Hofbrau tent, where I was a dinosaur...)

Weight wise, I don't have scales, but I feel like my face is looking thinner and I'm looking pretty good in the mirror still...so I'm counting that as either holding where I was or else maybe losing a little. Certainly a lot more physical activity than I'm used to (but also more spiked hot chocolate and beer...)

This week 312.2

It's weird, my weight's been going sideways for a few months but the wife just asked last night if I was still losing weight because I look thinner. I noticed it felt like I'm losing inches in the last couple weeks. I didn't measure my gut at the start so I don't have a good comparison.

LW: 143
TW: 142

I can count on one hand the times I have eaten bread since surgery. Yesterday at breakfast I ate 2 slices of rye toast loaded with butter and jam. It was soooo goood. I know bread is relatively low in carbs compared to other things, but I don't trust myself with bread (or most starchy carbs) and will continue to keep it as an occasional treat. Note to self: buttered toast is way better than most other starches.

You are my new role model. I hope to get into the 130's with you at some point!

Nothing seems too different just my typical fluctuations. Hoping to see a drop down next week
Still doing good

You look and sound like Germany is agreeing with you.

Could b. I noticed my larger drops in sizes and inches were months where weight hardly budged.

You are doing great.
My devil is fresh out of the oven homemade bead. I can take or leave regular bread.
