Sunday Weigh In (12/24/2017)

Yesterday morning I weighed 148#. I had Christmas eve. dinner including dessert. This morning I weigh 152#. Is this just carb bloat? I hate it! I know the scale will go back down in a few days by being careful with my food choices but this makes me crazy.

It's just water weight. Breathe, I know it's hard. To gain 4 pounds your body needs to absorb 14,000 more calories than it burns. You did not do that. :)

Best way to avoid going crazy, only weigh once a week.
