**Please post your activity for the week. This is not an athletic competition. The purpose is to provide encouragement to stay active and work toward living a healthy lifestyle.

Walked daily, bike x1, lots of carpet cleaning, and yard work.
 
My daily walks continue. I am looking for some other exercise besides walking. It is helping reduce my anxiety. Just not sure what to try as I am not particularly athletic.

What about using some of the stretchy bands or light weights? When I am "on" I often exercise during commercial breaks when watching tv.
 
My step count has been poor the last 10 days or so as I’m fighting a bacterial infection in an abscess. I have antibiotics now so hopefully will be less inflamed for walking!

Hopefully, the antibiotic will take care of the infection and you will feel like yourself again very soon.
