I know that my DS is still working like a charm after 2 years because
I go to the bathroom DAILY much more "excessively" than a non DSer

So my question is:
why is my stomach so dam big! I look 3+ momths pregnant!
I never had this issue before DS surgery....smh

It might be that your muscles has stretched out in your tummy. And the fat is gone, but the muscles are still out of wack. Two words. Tummy tuck!

Definite possibility but I really don't over do it but will try to reduce carbs some more

It’s just that not all carbs are equal. Milk is the the most obvious offender but onions are on some people’s never again list.
