Whole-Fat Dairy Associated with Heart Benefit in PURE Study

I grew up drinking "skim" - didn't know any better. now my idea of what to put in my coffee is half and half - or even heavy whipping cream. real food!

ETA: my new doctor says don't eat anything labeled "low fat". :thumbsup:

I can remember telling my mom decades ago that I would never buy margarine. And I always hated skim milk. Blue cloudy water!
 
Margarine and blue milk made from powder - I HATED it.

As an adult I got used to 2% milk and it was hard to switch back to full fat, but I managed to do it.
