VSG to DS Day 2

[Ever Changing]

The blue dye wasn't bad at all. Tasted like apple juice. Such a sense of freedom to have the IV out.

My back still aches horribly since both the bed and the recliner make it difficult for me to find a comfortable position.

Mid morning my pain shot up, accompanied by dizziness and nausea. Fun fun.

And I'm very bored. Watching some things on my iPad and even doing a little bit of work.

Work? Drink and go for a walk!!!! Sounds like you are doing well!

Just be aware that the work you do while still under the effects of anesthesia may not be up to your normal quality.

I just reread some of the emails I sent today. At least to me they sounded coherent. Doesn't mean they are!
