My first question is what's the difference between regular vites and the tender ones Vitalady sells. I brought some from Biotech the same place she gets hers they don't say tender.

The 2nd question anyone use Spring Valley Calcium gummy or Citracal call calcium pearls? Are they sufficient for us? I'm trying to make it more pleasurable to get my calcium in...Uggh

Tender is just her "BRAND" name, Kinda like BandAid is a brand aka bandage, Jell-O aka gelatin, etc. Companies have brands. BioTech put the Tender on the ones they sold to Vitalady for resell.
