He used the term "gastrojejunostomy", which is the correct medical term, but if he's someone who deals with lots of bariatric surgery patients I would have thought he would know that many (if not most) patients are lay people who refer to this opening as "the stoma". I also would have hoped that he would know that an excessively large stoma is a big problem, just as is an excessively tight stoma. But apparently not.
And even if he had never heard this called a stoma before, you would think he would be able to figure it out, or ask you what you meant, or...something.
