This has been a wild and insane ride.
I started this at 272. I'm now at 181. 74% EWL to a normal BMI and two pounds away from Overweight. More sobering is that I'm only seven pounds heavier than I was in fifth grade when I got stuck on my first diet.
I've gone from a 24/26 to a neat size 8/10/12 depending on the cut.
