I put a notebook together to keep all my emails and things organized from Dr. Esquerra's office. I have dividers such as: Basic DS info,
Mexico (which consists of communications with Esquerra's office, forms I had to fill out, travel instructions, etc.), Pre-Op Diet, Post-op eating, Vitamin info, Labs and Insurance Info., Recipes/Products, and Miscellaneous (of course). I need to update and add to and keep in mind these were all set up BEFORE my surgery. AS Southernlady said, the bookmark feature on this site is quite helpful too and rather than having to print everything out I bookmark. I make tags for my bookmarks such as: Constipation, Figuring out iron, kidney stones, acid reflux, etc.
