Sunday Weigh In (9/2/2018)

At 118.0 lbs my BMI is 17.9. All of my labs are good; no below normal or low normal values.
Oh my, yes...you need to stop losing in it’s tracks yesterday. Underweight starts at 18.5. I know of one DSer who got her weight to go up about 10 lbs over a 2 month period by diligently indulging in Reece’s Cups daily. She ate like 2 a day. That and adding other carbs but not bread/pasta/rice, etc. You might want to explore going on Creon for a few months.
