188 lbs. I am in the 187-190 range depending on how much poop I still have left in my gut after going in the morning. I have several movements that are often painful either due to my redundant or as some call it, Torturous colon or a partial blockage again from likely scar tissue. On the 6th I am scheduled for an abdominal an pelvic CT. It likely won't show anything as none of my hernias which were causing partial/intermittent blockages. Dr K suggested to ask my Urologist who he knew I was seeing last week to order the aforementioned CT but he also wanted rectal contrast to check out the redundant colon. Unfortunately the CT machine and people at my Uro don't have the ability to do the rectal contrast, so unfortunately I have a feeling I will be getting another barium enema study.

Holding steady. I finally got rid of all my over sized clothing. It was actually painful to see those size 1x and 2x's and not at all fun.

No weigh-in this week.
My sinus infection has gone to my chest, so feeling pretty miserable. My parents also had to put one of their beloved dogs to sleep, so I was teary yesterday thinking about that and the fact that I'll likely have to make the same decision for my cat in the next 12 months as his kidneys get worse. Work is stressful, and my university has cancelled a class at the last minute (two weeks out) when my flights and hotels were paid for. This will also delay graduation, due to their shitty scheduling this year (lots of repeated classes, lots of clashes).
On the bright side, next weekend is a four-day weekend and I'm getting a massage.
I haven't checked in for a few weeks...vacation and then forgetting...ooops.
24 lbs to goal, month 6 of 98lb loss goal.
Tomorrow I go back to work after having the summer off (school staff). The best NSV so far is clothes that were t-i-g-h-t the first week of summer are now too big to wear. Pretty soon I will run out of stored smaller clothes. I can't wait!
A day late and a couple of pounds up...Blah
High of 117 this week. Double blah! I think we will be staying in maybe go to the movies...

Then again, you could be dropping sizes. I know when I was in my first year, while I weighed often, the ONLY one I counted was once a month.

I'm sorry you are having health and pet problems. Understand the feeling of losing pets.
We have three cats on a special urinary food. (Actually they all eat it cause we free feed). One because she developed bladder stones at age 5. The other two are elder cats are now showing serious signs of kidney issues. A mother/daughter set. One is 15, the other will be 16 next week.
