Small victories!

Yesterday was the first time I've managed to eat something for breakfast, lunch and dinner and not felt nauseous after. A rasher of bacon + avocado for breakfast, some chicken for lunch and some chicken and ramen broth for dinner. Seems like a small thing, but I felt so very happy!
 
In the beginning, it does take over your life. But add up enough of those small victories and you win the war. Over time, you won't even have to think about this stuff anymore. You will see normal again!
 
Thanks! I have two colleagues visiting from Australia and New Zealand this week, so it was nice to be able to go out to lunch/dinner with them and not have to just sit there and watch others eat or fear I would have to go lie down immediately after.

Workshop catering food is still out of the question - noodles, dumplings and curry puffs are the staples here!
 
Awesome. It gets a little easier and months down the line you won't even notice it.
