I particularly recommend "Hot Smoke." But I have yet to taste an unpleasant seasoning from here. The smoked maple syrup is AWESOME, too, but it's not what you think it is. You use it basically like you'd use Liquid Smoke in amount/intensity, but you put it in marinades and stuff with abandon.
