Greetings everyone ... I had a VSG in fall 2010 and had a great experience with it until about 2 years out when I was Rx'd a medication known to cause weight gain (thank you for telling me doc!). Once I'd gained about 30 lbs.
I stopped taking it. Still, I noticed that it took more food to make me feel full and I was so accustomed to eating until I felt "just right," that I kept eating that way. Now I'm up about 50 lbs from lowest of 160ish

I've got an appointment with my surgeon for later this month. I've posted on another site and have received responses from: "Your surgery failed you" to "You blew it" and everything in between.
What I care about is getting my weight back down by whatever means necessary. I'm hoping for a revision to a DS but it's still too early to know what's going to happen.
