I will let others chime in, but it looks like iron is getting low, you need more vit K, B12 is getting a little low, and you need to test B6 with your next set of labs.
Do any of your protein or other drinks or supplements (calcium/mag) contain B6? That is something you want to watch for because high B6 can become toxic and create damage.
Yes, it is an issue for most DSers. We typically eat foods with high B6, our multi has it, many other vitamins like to add it.Vita lady recommends B complex 50. Mine has 50 mg of B6. Do you think that is a problem? Or only if labs are high?

That’s the best way to handle them. Except for B6 (adding for clarity), that B needs to be low normal.I take my B vits separately and I do not take much. I only supplement my B's if they start trending down below the mid-range of norm.
