Monday, 3/16 how did you move today?

I almost didn't - just went to work and came home and that's all. I did a little bit of pulling weeds while I was just out to potty the dogs but no walk.



I did order this DVD and once I get it and try it awhile, I will write a review. sure is easier to buy exercise videos than to exercise!

I spend all day walking up and down stairs. My daily average is 6 flights of stairs but yesterday I did 13. Pushed a broom around the basement getting water OUT! And helping replace several stretches of galvanized pipe in the house.

It all started last week when we got a letter from the town water dept telling us we had used way more than normal and it was possible we had a leak...so we went looking, found two actually.

I'm glad we found them too...we are out of crisis mode but plan on replacing as much of the galvanized as possible...esp after seeing the INSIDE of those supposedly "CLEAN" water pipes. Galvanized has a bad habit of rusting and the resulting sludge in them is horrid!
