Has anyone ever dealt with Hypophosphatemia after getting IV Ferric carboxymaltose? Been going on for about 2 mornths now and my bone metabolism, vitamin D and alkaline phosphatase have all gone the wrong way on me...
Becoming more than a little worried. Had a modest phosphorus IV which brought me up to 1.2 and orals for a week didn’t do much.
Any information on this will be greatly appreciated!
