Hi, I am 13 years out now and still having issues with my blood work and bathroom habits. Any help here would be extremely appreciated.

If you'd post your latest bloods, we can get a look at where you are & make some suggestions.

Also, you want to post a typical day's eating and what kind of bathroom issues you're having. Then we might be able to figure out what needs to be changed and/or eliminated.
