Hello everyone,
I'm Staci and I'm from Mn. I started this journey towards WLS a few months ago, and things are moving right along. I don't have a ton of support from people who have had any kind of surgery, but I do have awesome support from my family and friends. I am a mother of 2 (11 yo G & 7 yo B) I've been married for 14 years, and am tired of watching my life go by without me. My family deserves better, and frankly, so do I! ( we all do, right?) I am really hoping to find support in my area, or at the very least someone I can talk to. And by talk I mean talk, like on the phone, in person, or via Skype (old fashioned, I know, but I need that kind of communication rather than email or message boards which are OK too, but human contact is where I'm at!) I've tried Facebook groups, and so far they have been full of complaints and horror stories, and believe me I don't need to be more scared/nervous than I am! Sorry for the long post, hope y'all are having a great start to 2015!!
