B- Inside of one chicken flauta and a couple of bites of refried beans
L- Dug out pretzel roll, loaded with Duke's mayo, olive oil dressing, Costco turkey, and provolone cheese, glass of whole milk
S- Currently working on another sandwich like the one above. I'm hungry today!
D- Planning on making hot wings late tonight and eating a large avocado.

3rd day on full Vitalady DS vitamin regimen. Noticed more energy today.

Trying to up my fat intake. The GI doc wants me on Creon to help with the colitis, but I'm going to try some other things first. I also asked him to test for C Diff, which blew his mind (he hadn't thought of that and no one had apparently tested for it at the ER. I think some heads will roll over that one, based on his reaction when he pulled the hospital records and found that out). The suggestion of C Diff gave me huge credibility with him, so thanks B.Facts for making me look like a well-informed patient he can take seriously. Since he is one of the top specialists to see in my city for bariatric/GI issues and inherits many bariatric train wrecks from the ER, I invited him to this forum.

I will probably never be able to eat fries on a regular basis, but I would imagine that cheese on a few fries along with a nice, high fat fry sauce might be a nice indulgence for a DSer.

For me, it depends on the fries. Regular potato fries, I manage 2-3 small of 1 big one after protein. If Sweet potato fries, I can manage about 5-6...I make my own sweet potato fries in the oven using olive oil as the "roasting oil"

today I dealt with a fairly major about of stress at work by being prepared. I got in my light therapy and 20 minutes of cardio AM and only had 2 cups of coffee before diving into the whole stress picnic and I'm pretty pleased.

water: about 8 oz from my goal for today

everything else: damn good.

there was home made cake at work which I totally gave The Cold Shoulder!

@ProteinSnob sounds like you're doing better on the food front.

I hope they figure out what's up with you soon.
