I think I already mentioned this, but vanity sizing has infected men's clothing as well. I thought I was within spitting distance of my high school waist - 30 or 32 inches.

My "size 36" pants got hella loose - put a tape on it, I'm 36"? wtf?

I bought a couple pair of 34x30 pants - 36" waist, 30" inseam. They fit fine.

Back on the high fat, low carb stuff for reals. All hands is in a little while. I only need to lose 20 pounds to no longer be overweight, so - here's to rededicated efforts

I was inspired by @galaxygrrl to export all of my data from Apple Health and pull it into Excel.

Highest weight I have on record at home:
    16-AUG-2014 330.5
    New job:
    05-Apr-2015 308.4

Weights I have nearest initial consult:
    15-May-2016 307.1
    25-Sep-2016 312.5
First time under 300 since initial consult:
    16-Nov-2016 298.3

    Last recorded date over 300:
    07-DEC-2016 301.2
    Next day:
    08-DEC-2016 298.7
Last time a co-worker has seen me in person:
    13-Feb-2017 288.3

Last weight before, and after, surgery:
    01-MAR-2017 278.4
    04-MAR-2017 278.4

    First time under 200:
    04-Aug-2017 196.7

BMI points of interest (post surgery):
    Starting BMI: 37.8, severely obese
First BMI in "Moderately obese" range:
    16-MAR-2017 34.7
    First BMI in "Overweight" range:
    02-MAY-2017 29.8
    Lowest BMIs:
    07-AUG-2017 26.7
    14-SEP-2017 26.7
So August was a wash. Normal BMI range at 6' is 137-183. I'm currently 18 pounds from the top of normal. The numeric middle of this range is 160, which is about my goal weight. The middle of the BMI range itself would be 164, which is a pound under my goal. As of today, 31.9 pounds to go.

Those are impressive and beautifully healthy numbers! Congratulations. I'd dare say August was a success if it was a lowest BMI month!!!!

I agree with @hilary1617 Those are great numbers, remember, it takes a while. You'll get there. (says me, who asks everyday, why is the scale not moving, I want that last 11 pounds!!!!!) Be kind to yourself, think about what you have accomlished. :)
