another reason to eat "clean"

I saved this to read, and it looks like it's related to some stuff I was just reading on vacation about emulsifiers not only messing up the protective barrier in the intestines, but also the blood brain barrier. Yikes. New motivation to make dinner at home tonight. Thanks for linking this.
 
I just read it again and don't see where it mentions lecithin, that isn't an emulsifier I don't think...?

not really sure what an emulsifier is, though, like detergent it says.
