    I'm scared to eat breakfast at fast food chains. The 'fake eggs' KILL me. I had a breakfast burrito at Jack in the Box (Ate out of the tortilla) and the feggs (fake eggs) took a toll on me, so now I'm nervous to try anything else breakfast at fast food.

    to 300lbs I can 'smell it'! Holy toledo. I haven't been near 300lbs in 7-9 years! I got on my scale this morning and it said 304. I do my 'official' weigh in next week at my monthly meetings. Lets hope I can get those 4lbs off to make it official. I just needed to share my excitement!

    Man, I've been dealing with this for a few months, finally my Mother suggested Nioxin shampoo-It started working within a week! It's dramatically reduced the falling out hair! I'm so happy.

    OH BMI over 55 group?

    My BMI was 68 when I started my journey, 65 at surgery. Sometimes I have issues with coping with that, and wondering if I'll get to my goal. It's definitely scary to think about.
