    Protein shakes and gas?

Lactaid saved me early out. I also bought lactose free milk, mixed half milk and half water with whey protein isolate powder in a shaker cup, not a blender. RTD shakes aren't the best for you as the protein isn't as bioavailable as whey isolate. Good luck! I would not come near my protein...

Calling on vegetarian DS veterans for advice --

Hi! I am in Salt Lake too. Rocky Mountain Associated Physicians with Dr Simper is where I got my DS done. That being said, Dr Simpers office gives RNY advice. When I was in University Hospital with my hernia repair, due to me being a bariatric patient, they sent Dr. Anna Ibele in to see me. She...

Best tasting protein shakes after surgery?

I used Premier RTD for the first couple months and then stumbled upon Optimum nutrition gold whey protein isolate. LOVE! They have lots of wonderful flavors! The most popular one seems to be the milk chocolate...kind of tastes like Wendy's. I like the Salted Caramel, the rich chocolate, the...

Update on everything going on with me, And NEED SOME HELP!

I can tell you right now, that even at just shy of two years out, the bread from the chicken sandwich, the milk in your RTD shake, the broccoli in your cafe steamer and the rice would ALL cause me to have extremely stinky facts and loose bowels. Find the recipe for Cloud Bread or Fathead bread...

Does the insurance company even see how RIDICULOUS that sounds? What? People just go around saying "Hey! A hip replacement sounds fun! Let's get one of those!" And what Dr would recommend one that wasn't medically necessary? SMH!
