    I'd never stop the B12 completely. In 8 yrs, it's never been this high. What is the difference between the K1 and K2?

    I don't take a B complex. I take methylcobalamine B12 3-4 times a week, based on labs. I'll try another Vitamin K. For my MVI, I take CVS chewable (equal to Centrum chewable) twice a day, Proferrin with Vit. C 500mg daily. Magnesium 1000mg AM, 500 PM, Vit. A 25,000 every other day or daily...

    After my RNY, I was on Pepcid AC chewables, 2 tabs twice a day then tapered down. If you can't swallow pills yet, this might be an option.

    Update: I'll be dropping Cigna after 8/31/14. I qualify for Ohio Medicaid. With no income currently, this is the route I need to take. I haven't given up the dream of a revision to a DS. It's just going to take longer than anticipated. Thanks for all your input and assistance thus far. :cool:

    CPT code didn't matter. Cigna still won't cover it, "it's not in the plan". Back to the drawing board.
