Thanks everyone! The best part is living life to its fullest. I've had a awesome year so far! I really owe it to all of you and your knowledge you have shared with me for the last 3 years. Even though my insurance didn't pay for my surgery it has been the best money I have ever spent!

It's been an incredible ride since having my surgery 8 months ago. Starting weight 293.6 today's weight 184.3. Went from a size 40 pants to size 32. Went from 3xl shirt to large.

I'm not worried about malnutrition. I'm just sadified were I'm at. If I bounce back 10 pounds and I'm not happy how I feel and look, then I guess I will cut down on my carbs. I know everyone's bodies are different and react differently to the surgery. I feel blessed to have had such a great...

I'm feeling great just busy! Been eating like a pig! 5 ounces is about it at one time but it feels like I'm eating all day long. I make sure I get my vitamins and protein in and after that it is almost all carbs. Not bragging it's just I don't want to lose anymore and I'm trying to slow or stop...

End of this month. Maybe it's all the things I got going on. The campground, bear guiding, and just started a deer scent business. Plus every day life. Lol I must be a gluten for punishment!

I make them at home. I have to call the whole family and let them know im making them. A definite favorite in our house!

What I have noticed is people that knew me before surgery and that are heavier aren't as talkative. If they come down to the office for ice-cream or a snack, they don't seem to want to talk or make excuses about what they are buying. I feel bad for them because I am one of them! I know its hard...
