Agree with you, with me I just made sure I stuck with the liquid pre-diet, that helped my liver shrink up some. Good luck and I say stick to your guns!

Totals Tuesday, 10 months Post Op. I am down another 5lbs this week, down to 228lbs. I have lost a total of 169lbs (since heighest weight). Had a post op with my doc and he is happy with my weight loss, he said I should shoot for 220lbs, anything after that is bonus.

Finally after 6 weeks I dropped below 237lbs, I am now 233lbs. so I have lost a total of 164lbs. Also yesterday I had my body composition done (Bod Pod), my estimated body fat percentage before was anywhere from 40-50% it is now 24.2% with 12.1-20% (for men) being considered average good health.

I say scale stalls because in the last almost 5 weeks the scale has not went under 237lbs, but I have lost size. I do lift weights so I know that is slowing my scale movement but I just like to see the scale move. How long has some of you went threw stalls then it just kick back in? Thanks,

True, I do not think of that stuff, dont have a lockout screen.
