i'm just on page one of this thread and i'm just starting to research the in's and out's of have a DS revision, and not a SIPS, but can anyone tell me a ballpark figure on how much vitamins cost per month? as i'm becoming quite nervous about it... you would think someone would have invented...

thank you so much for this info!! esp about how one relates to sweets after... i have had problems with yeast beast and i'm hoping that this surgery and the high protein high fat diet will kill that dead!!
