Hi
I am interested in receiving a quote for plastics from Dr Sauceda in Mexico.
How is communication done and a quote established without actually going there?
I know exactly what I need based on a quote from a local surgeon.

I believe the initial contact is done by email to his office.

Just email him. You can find his email on his website. He is very nice. You send him photo and then, you have a consultant OTP
